Mediterranean Kasha Buckwheat Crispbreads

All wheat/gluten free. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. This recipe is for 2 servings.


INGREDIENTS

  • 4x Kasha Buckwheat Crispbreads
  • 4 Tabs of hommos
  • 2 Baby Tomatoes
  • 1/2 An Avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon of Dukkah

METHOD

  1. Spread crispbreads with hommos dip
  2. Top with sliced avocado, baby tomatoes and sprinkle with Dukkah
