Dairy Free Butter Cream

Makes enough for 12 standard cup cakes


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup dairy free margarine
  • 1 3/4 Icing sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon of dairy free milk alternative

METHOD

  1. Place dairy free margarine, 1 1/4 cup icing sugar, salt and vanilla into a bowl.
  2. Mix with an electric mixer and scrap down with a spatula
  3. Combine dairy free milk alternative with remaining icing sugar.
  4. Mix until well combined.
